My academic and professional career encompasses a wide array of responsibilities impacting diverse fields. As an Assistant Professor at the leading Private university of Bangladesh and the Founder Director of Startup Incubation program, I am engaged in developing the next generation of business leaders with the state-of-the-art knowledge and practices in marketing, management, and international business.
Besides, as the trainer for Marketing and mental health for women entrepreneurs of the country, I have been heavily involved in establishing entrepreneurial spirits among the women of our country so they can be future leaders. Without a doubt, this experience has enlarged my teaching knowledge and skills.
My research focus ranges from entrepreneurship, family business, corporate governance, branding, sales and marketing, startups and analytics. Experienced in designing and executing research projects, either independently and with-in a multi-disciplinary team I have gained a strong base of writing skills and therefore I have been able to present business papers in International platforms where I could proudly present Bangladesh.
Moreover, my long term news presentation working experience has given me with knowledge and skills to develop a strong secondary career in media where I have been able to contribute highly. I am serving at the Bangladesh News Broadcaster’s Association (NBA) as the Education & Training Secretary where I arrange and coordinate training programs for all channel presenters of the country.
My aim is to become a leading researcher and educator in the field of Entrepreneurship, Family Business, Marketing, and Analytics. Besides all these, I am a career and personal development counselor for all my students at the university and for the women entrepreneurs I train. Nevertheless, I always believe that being a good human being is my first priority before any career and professional development and expertise I add in.
