Women empowerment still at a distance

Worldwide, the participation of women in workplace has been appreciated and the scenario has been improved significantly in last few years. Many companies are committed to bring about ‘gender diversity’ in the workplace as they initiated specialized programs. The trend is also on the rise in Bangladesh. More women have climbed up the career ladder to top leadership positions of reputed organizations, while others have found their dreams in their ventures.
